The historic catering and cleaning services company, part of Mondragon Corporation, has entrusted Workoholics with the development of its new website, reflecting its renewed corporate identity and strengthening its digital presence.
A LEGACY OF FEMALE LEADERSHIP
Founded in 1969 by 17 women, Ausolan is a cooperative that has established itself as a leader in catering and cleaning services. With more than 11,000 employees and a client portfolio that includes residences, hospitals, schools and companies throughout the country, Ausolan is distinguished by its proximity to the customer and respect for local customs.
Ausolan's new website project has been the result of a multidisciplinary collaboration between several key entities. From the new visual identity created by Move and with Irontec as a facilitator that guarantees a robust and functional technological base, at Workoholics we were in charge of the user experience design and front-end development, ensuring that the new graphic identity was perfectly integrated with Ausolan's business objectives.
This collaborative work has enabled the creation of a website that connects the brand's historical legacy with a modern vision that looks to the future.

BUSINESS-ORIENTED DIGITAL STRATEGY
To ensure that the website meets Ausolan's communication and business objectives, several strategic actions were carried out. To begin with, an exhaustive SEO analysis and benchmarking were carried out, including a positioning study and keyword research, which allowed us to structure an optimised content architecture to guarantee good performance in searches for Ausolan's services.
When considering the design of the interface, the new graphic identity was integrated, as well as the company's value proposition. In addition, in close collaboration with the client, a careful process of content curation and copywriting were carried out, ensuring that each text reflected the essence and values of Ausolan. We thus created a digital asset with a coherent and intuitive interface design that permeates the entire website and facilitates conversion.
