Sharma Catering, renowned for its extensive experience in creating unique gastronomic experiences for social and corporate events, found itself at a crucial point in strengthening its digital presence.
From this starting point, a comprehensive social media strategy was developed to convey its value proposition in a way that reflected the exclusivity of its services and its philosophy of personalised attention. The challenge was to connect with its current audience and expand its network of clients and collaborators, positioning Sharma Catering as a leader in the sector.

A comprehensive approach to communication and business
To address this challenge, Workoholics designed a comprehensive digital strategy focused on providing visually appealing and authentic content that reflected the premium quality of Sharma's services. This strategy combined content creation, community engagement, and the generation of new business opportunities.
First, we needed to help position Sharma Catering as a premium catering brand, reflecting its level of expertise, quality, and attention to detail. To achieve this, we created visual content that would connect emotionally with the audience and highlight the excellence of service and authenticity of the cuisine that Sharma offers. Through regular posts and strategic content, we sought to increase brand awareness and connect with target audiences on key platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
The strategy also focuses on establishing strategic alliances with new venues and collaborators, expanding business opportunities for Sharma Catering. We leveraged social media as direct acquisition channels, facilitating contact with customers through platforms such as Instagram and the website. In addition, we seek to highlight testimonials from satisfied customers and partners, allowing them to become brand advocates, which would strengthen loyalty and expand the community.

An event worthy of Sharma's new 2025 charter
As part of the strategy defined by Workoholics, the launch event for Sharma Catering's new menu, held at the Donostia Aquarium in February 2025, was a memorable occasion. Organised with a careful communication and branding strategy, this event not only showcased Sharma's new culinary offerings, but also paid tribute to the 17 women who founded Ausolan, highlighting their legacy in each dish on the new menu.
From the welcome cocktail to the final tasting, the event fused history and gastronomy, highlighting the tradition and avant-garde nature of Sharma's offering. Media coverage, including an article in El Diario Vasco valued at €18,000, and a notable presence on social media, with nearly 20,000 impressions on Instagram, served to significantly amplify the brand's visibility, consolidating its reputation in the gourmet catering sector.
The combination of a live dining experience and strategic digital coverage enabled Sharma Catering to amplify its presence in the media and on social media, strengthening its connection with customers and partners and generating new business opportunities.
