The initiative, born between waves of that pandemic, has been serving as an excuse to spread everything that moves us. We have talked about books, artists, exhibitions, podcasts, technology, fashion, festivals, series, activism, music, restaurants... Okay, enough.
Now, in the final stretch of this intense year that seemed like it would never end, we bring you this special version as a summary. Because look, yes, this time we are going to talk about us. And to toast to the new year we have created, together with Odisea, our first vintage of reserve vermouth.
Txin-txin!

The last Thursday of every month
This year we have continued to strengthen a tradition, one of those that should never be lost. On the last Thursday of every month, we celebrate our mythical Workomida, a moment to share knowledge (and good food) with the whole team through the agency's projects. Mmmmmm... So good!

We are the bad bitches
This year, in our 8M campaign, the women of Workoholics appropriated the word BITCHES (MISTRESSES) and made it our own. Because we are creatives, designers, developers. We are also daughters, sisters, aunts, granddaughters, friends, partners. In short, we are the whore mistresses. In case there was any doubt, our colleague Patri Martínez proved it with her talk at the “Digital Risk and Women” meeting.
¡The bad bitch!

Visitors and celebrities
We are good hosts, and we love to receive visitors. Back in March, students from the Quinlan School of Business came to our headquarters from Chicago, as a stop on their tour of companies Made in Euskadi. For posterity will also remain the visit of Patrizia Vitelli (also known as Foodiario), who spoke to us about her work as a content creator, with the social media management project for Café Fortaleza as a common thread. In addition, the great Lalachus answered a story. Fullness!
BIO-BCN
And we won a LAUS award! The NAHIA app project, which aims to empower caregivers and their families, took us to Barcelona to collect the award for best user experience on a mobile device. The truth is that we celebrated in style. So high, that the hangover lasted us two days.

Work, work, work!
This summer has been the first one in which we have not hung the closed for vacations sign. More people, more projects, more responsibilities, have led to a non-stop year. Of course, we have organized ourselves well and we have been able to enjoy a well-deserved rest. And, of course, Urdaibai has become our favorite destination. Could it be because we have been working for some time on the WebApp of the Reserve's Tourist Viewer?

Partners and other cool studies
2023 has been a very collaborative year. Meeting new studios, companies and professionals specializing in different areas of our industry makes us happy. Because when you travel in good company, projects are better. Thanks Nacho, Gorka, Iñaki, Jon, Javi, Ana, Itziar, Eider, Cristina, Sara, Juan, Mara, Santi, Gari, Xandra, Sergio... Jo, we are leaving a thousand names. Sorry!
Long live Work in Progress.
On June 2nd we celebrated the second edition of WIP, the meeting aimed at finding and disseminating creative talent that inhabits the digital universe. Promoted by Workoholics with the collaboration of Vans (this is very strong), it allowed us to get to know the work of the speakers who made up this year's line-up. We will never tire of thanking all the people involved.

The more you know, the better
Training, whether given or received, conferences, fairs, a little networking... This year we have not stopped learning. If we talk about technological learning, we have continued to evolve with Astro, the framework (now in version 4), with which we have developed ultra-fast websites. Phew! Ah, special mention to our beloved Figma, the collaborative design tool that makes our life much more pleasant.
Always well produced
There are days of office and computer, and days to do field work. Throughout the year we have carried out several shootings and recordings for different projects. We have sailed calmly, gone to hotels, visited vineyards and palaces, enjoyed the warmth of home and, of course, we have eaten delicious food. And, with our best clothes, we have attended (and closed) some sarao or other.
