Why do we process your data?
Following the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2026 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, please be informed that the personal data you provide, and the information generated during our relationship with you, will be processed for the following purposes:
- To attend to your requests.
- To provide you with information about the products of Worköholics S.L., per your consent to the sending of commercial communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have given.
- Enable your participation in raffles and/or commercial promotions.
- Should you submit your CV, your application will be considered in the recruitment process. In which case, you must indicate the Worköholics S.L. office(s) where you would like to work.
- To send communications by any means that you have indicated to us, related to the activities carried out by the organisation and which may be of interest to you.
- To respond to queries, complaints and suggestions, and perform all manner of communication activities.
- The organisation’s accounting, taxation and administrative management.
How long do we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as its deletion is not requested by the person concerned, or their legal representative, and for as long as it is necessary - including the need to retain it throughout the applicable limitation periods - or applicable for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded.
Data preservation is subject to the applicable legal obligations placed on Worköholics S.L. Once these periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or erased, and its deletion, elimination or destruction will be carried out in such a way that the information contained on the media cannot be recovered.
Legitimization
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given by the data subject. This is obtained expressly and unequivocally by completing and, where appropriate, submitting the physical or electronic documents and forms used to collect your data. All of the organisation’s documents used to collect data for different purposes contain information clauses per the provisions of the data protection regulations, and consent is expressly provided by the data subject by signing, or by submitting the forms on the website.

Who will receive your data?

Where applicable, as a consequence of the application of the right to erasure or objection to the processing of personal data in the online environment, data subjects have the right to be forgotten according to the case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU.
Under the right to data portability, data subjects have the right to receive the personal data concerning them, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
Every data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, subject to the exceptions provided for in Art. 22.1 GDPR.
The data subject has the right to have their data erased because it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based, or for the other reasons contained in article 17, GDPR. Its deletion shall be conducted by proceeding to the high-level erasure of the data contained in automated media and the physical destruction of non-automated media.

What avenues of complaint are available?
