Why do we process your data?

Following the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2026 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, please be informed that the personal data you provide, and the information generated during our relationship with you, will be processed for the following purposes:

• To attend to your requests.
• To provide you with information about the products of Worköholics S.L., per your consent to the sending of commercial communications by e-mail or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have given.
• Enable your participation in raffles and/or commercial promotions.
• Should you submit your CV, your application will be considered in the recruitment process. In which case, you must indicate the Worköholics S.L. office(s) where you would like to work.
• To send communications by any means that you have indicated to us, related to the activities carried out by the organisation and which may be of interest to you.
• To respond to queries, complaints and suggestions, and perform all manner of communication activities.
• The organisation’s accounting, taxation and administrative management.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for as long as its deletion is not requested by the person concerned, or their legal representative, and for as long as it is necessary - including the need to retain it throughout the applicable limitation periods - or applicable for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded.

Data preservation is subject to the applicable legal obligations placed on Worköholics S.L. Once these periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or erased, and its deletion, elimination or destruction will be carried out in such a way that the information contained on the media cannot be recovered.

Legitimization

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given by the data subject. This is obtained expressly and unequivocally by completing and, where appropriate, submitting the physical or electronic documents and forms used to collect your data. All of the organisation’s documents used to collect data for different purposes contain information clauses per the provisions of the data protection regulations, and consent is expressly provided by the data subject by signing, or by submitting the forms on the website.

Processing shall also be lawful when required for the performance of a contract, or the provision of a service to the data subjects, to which they are a party, or for the application of pre-contractual measures at their request (art. 6.1.a and b GDPR).

Worköholics S.L. is also entitled to process your data to comply with the legal obligations to which it is subject and for the satisfaction of legitimate interests, except where overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects. Whatever the grounds of entitlement, consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Who will receive your data?

Your data will not be transferred to any organisation without your consent except when legally permitted, in this sense, your express consent will be requested for the transfer of your data to any other organisation.

To manage the authorised purposes, your data may be communicated to organisations or persons directly related to Worköholics S.L. and the services they provide. Your personal information will also be available to public administrations, judges and the courts, concerning possible liabilities arising from its processing where legally permitted.

Your data may also be disclosed to companies that provide us with consulting, IT maintenance, marketing, training or auditing services. Such organisations shall only have access to the personal information that is necessary to carry out these services and are required under a data processing contract to maintain its confidentiality, and not use the information for other purposes, and take measures to ensure its integrity and availability.

No international transfers of data outside the European Union or to organisations that do not comply with the data protection standards set out in EU Regulation 679/2016 are foreseen.

The personal data processed by Worköholics S.L. is provided by the person concerned or obtained from publicly accessible sources.

What categories of data does Worköholics S.L. process?

Worköholics S.L. will process the data you provide, which may be the following:

• Identification and contact details
• Academic and professional data
• Detailed employment data
• Economic, financial and insurance data
• Commercial information

What are your rights?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Worköholics S.L. is processing their data or not.

Data subjects have the right to access their data and to obtain a copy of the data being processed, to update it, and to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular circumstances, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. Worköholics S.L. will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

Also in certain circumstances, provided for in Article 18 of GDPR, data subjects may request a restriction be placed on the processing of their data, in which case Worköholics S.L. will process it, but not store the data, with the data subject’s consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or reasons of important public interest of the Union or a Member State. Where applicable, as a consequence of the application of the right to erasure or objection to the processing of personal data in the online environment, data subjects have the right to be forgotten according to the case-law of the Court of Justice of the EU.

Under the right to data portability, data subjects have the right to receive the personal data concerning them, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.

Every data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, subject to the exceptions provided for in Art. 22.1 GDPR.

The data subject has the right to have their data erased because it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based, or for the other reasons contained in article 17, GDPR. Its deletion shall be conducted by proceeding to the high-level erasure of the data contained in automated media and the physical destruction of non-automated media.

How can the rights be exercised?

In writing, always accompanied by a copy of the ID card or other document accrediting the identity of the interested party, sent to the addresses indicated in the heading.

What avenues of complaint are available?
