The beginning of a shared vision

DANOK began to take shape a couple of years ago. I remember the first meetings led by Lin3s, with Jon de Velasco, when he challenged us to think beyond the traditional concept of business partners, just as, years ago, the conventional supplier–client relationship evolved into something far more collaborative.

At the time, the idea had no defined shape, let alone a name. What we did share, however, was a clear surmise: the market was changing and to remain competitive and seize the enormous opportunities created by an increasingly technological landscape—driven in particular by the transformation brought about by AI—we needed a different approach. We needed to bring together different perspectives, embrace hyper-specialisation, and surround ourselves with the very best experts. The market demands speed, without ever compromising on excellence.

An ecosystem designed for complexity

Today, DANOK is a well-established reality. We are an ecosystem of specialist companies covering strategy, data, business, branding, UX, search visibility, customer acquisition and technology development.

The results of these years of collaboration are already tangible. Proved by the support we have given Pérez-Llorca in its demanding international expansion and the work alongside Conservas Serrats on a repositioning project that earned the company a National AEBRAND Award in the Digital Branding category, among other recognitions. These achievements demonstrate that our model works, not only across Spain, but also through our growing presence in Latin America and strategic markets such as Miami.

We have tested DANOK in the market, and we know what clients experience when they work with us:

  • Solving complex challenges. We combine expertise to tackle problems that have no single solution.
  • Shared ambition and collective accountability. We work as one, creating results that are greater than the sum of their parts.
  • Transparency and trust. Clients benefit from a single point of contact who coordinates an entire ecosystem of specialists. At the same time, if they wish, they have full visibility of every expert involved and every step of the process. We believe in building long-term relationships based on trust.
  • Speed to market. We move quickly. We identify opportunities and act on them.
  • Strategic thinking with practical execution. We think long term, while knowing how to prioritise and deliver in the short term.
  • Technology, carefully chosen. We never over-engineer solutions. Instead, we recommend the technology that best fits each project’s objectives, context and stage of development.

What does this mean for Workoholics?

As CEO of Workoholics, I see DANOK as an opportunity for growth.

For our clients, being supported by DANOK means gaining access to an even stronger network of specialist expertise. It complements everything we already do together and enables us to take on more ambitious, more complex and higher-impact challenges. It is also recognition of the work we have done as an agency, of the way we approach projects, the care with which we build relationships, and the high standards we set ourselves every day.

For the Workoholics team, DANOK validates the way we work. It confirms that our approach has enabled us to help lead high-performing ecosystems. It opens the door to larger, more transformative and increasingly international projects. An opportunity to learn, contribute and continue growing.

The road ahead

Last year, we officially introduced DANOK in Madrid. Just last month, we took part in the CEO Summit, discussing artificial intelligence, leadership and governance. And only a few days ago, we came together once again to formalise our Strategic Plan and continue driving our three core pillars: knowledge, trust and business.

I take on the presidency of DANOK convinced that this model reflects what many organisations need today in order to grow and compete: specialist expertise, agility, strategic vision and the ability to connect outstanding talent to solve complex challenges. For me, DANOK is an opportunity to continue evolving through Workoholics while delivering even greater value to the market. It is a way to grow without losing our identity. To become stronger together without losing what makes each of us unique. To compete more effectively because we know we are surrounded by exceptional people.

We're all in.
