Technology

Based on the strategic definition, we designed and developed the digital platform—a webapp designed to facilitate access to the service, streamline the application process, and guide users throughout the entire process. Designed as a scalable tool, the solution is built on a monorepo architecture managed with Nx to facilitate code sharing and a modular organization that encompasses the website, various private areas, and the mobile app, built with Angular as the primary framework and Ionic as the UI component library. The backend uses Strapi as a headless CMS and source for dynamic content management. Additionally, it integrates with the Odoo CRM and third-party APIs to address various service and business needs.

We evolved the experience into a mobile app for customers, expanding the digital ecosystem and fostering a more continuous, convenient, and direct relationship with the brand. Developed as a hybrid app, the solution can be deployed on iOS and Android from a single codebase, optimizing development and maintenance times.  To achieve this, it uses Capacitor as a tool to package the mobile app and access native iOS/Android features. The app connects to the same Strapi CMS as its data source, ensuring consistency across channels and facilitating more efficient management of content and the user experience.

The project was developed in collaboration with Irontec and Digital 5, combining strategic vision, design, technology, and ongoing support to build a robust and scalable solution. This approach—which integrates brand, service, product, and communication—has been key to transforming Lagunklik into a cohesive, actionable ecosystem that is poised to continue evolving.
